Time and date (if known): Today.
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Usage of vehicle immunity hack.

Additional information: You can check the server time and see how many minutes passed and his helicopter didn't turn on fire neither did it explode.
I didn't have my recorder opened so I couldn't capture this on video. The decision is, as always, up to you, admins.

Usually I don't accept such reports with screenshots provided as evidence, however I'll make an exception for this one.
