what is reason of remove the command.

I don't know much but really if you guys had to disable !givecash cmd for scam purposes then its completely wrong because its really important for us to transfer cash in other accounts or give cash to others.

Either you reset the DB and add it back or just normally add it back.

 To be honest this command should not add anymore cause so many players from cafe are scamming and spamming in PM.
 And what's bad here all players newbies or noobs will get money in their own.

There is no way to scam if you use a powerful password but there's a problem in PAC.

You can't add special characters or numbers and even if you do the password will look like incorrect when you use that. (special characters/numbers one)

Either you re-add !givecash or reset the DB.
