Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: aimlock

Additional information: aimlock consists of locking on some opponent's head as soon as the user shoots a bullet, each time a user shoots. his position/inclination changes in a snappy way, which I call the weak point , an actual fiable and guaranteed way to make sure it's aimlock, I just discovered it now

he killed me many time with one tap headshot even if he wasn't in the right angle facing me i tried to capture some of his aiming

hey there,
first of all i am clean member everyone knows my skill of m4 so please dont blame me if you are noob and cant kill me then you can easily practice in GTA VC non-multiplayer,
i request to admins ti say that i am clean member :)
