Additional information: not sure if you can notice the speed difference but it gives him so much advantage

Looks fine to me but probably problem is from your end, either you have been using new mouse or fucked up your sensitivity.

my mouse is pretty normal i've been using it for months it's a bit hard to control, and i lowered the sensitivity, i think you should've seen him coming a long distance he's insanely fast other than any normal player, i would try to record him again

I would suggest to gather more evidences and make a new report again if you are successful. This will be locked.
