Additional information: i'm pretty sure he got hit when he was at 1% of his health, i also think it's pretty odd considering he was up to 70 spree and his stats was at 0

He seems to be fine. I don't think he got hit by your bullets, maybe due to lag. Anyways, considering evidence isn't enough, this report will be denied,
