I told Risky to post proof on the forum if you were spamming his PM, because I wasn't about to mute you without seeing evidence first.  Clearly he didn't post anything, so you have nothing to worry about.  You did nothing wrong.

By the way Fahad if you're a donator you can use the /ignore command, which would be useful when somebody like Risky is harassing you.  ;D

i wasnt afraid bro but my heart was crying as i was talking him politely but his behavior was too much rude.he thinks that im a newbie and im not afraid oh him.but it hurts when we r polite but the otherone behaves rudely

Yeah it sucks but unfortunately it happens a lot when you play online games.  Hope you feel better.
