Title: sensitivity

my suggestion is to add /setconfig game_sensitivity (value) (weapon).
like if we change sensitivity it is applied to all weapons.add weapon in that command so that if we want to change sentivity for all weapons we can use like etc:-/setconfig game_sensitivity 0.000800. but if we want to change sensitivity of a specified weapon we  can use etc:-/setconfig game_sensitivity 0.00800 m4

that's just impossible to implement to a server

That sensitivity is high enough to play with maybe shotgun and stubby but m4 :- No, becuz we cannot set aim for player from m4 in that much sensitivity sry bro.
