He's not using a hack, he's using a gamepad instead of keyboard and mouse, that's why he doesn't have a run animation.

When a player is sliding around and shooting at the same time, it's a hack (since it's not possible to do normally), but when Abderrahim slides around, you'll notice he has to stop to shoot his gun before he can move again.  For this reason you can determine that it's just his use of a gamepad and not a hack.
