hello there, i know that exist a website to change my nickname , but i forgot to login , can you transfer?

if you can my current nick name is [SS^]YellowHearts and i need to transfer to [SS]FrailyV

Got to This Website: https://pacommunity.co.uk/ Then Press Login Then Forgot Password Type Your Email Address (The Email You Logged In/in The Game)
  Check Your Email You Will Find Recovery Code Type it in (Unique recovery code) Type Your New Password Then You Can Change Your Name.
