Suspected method of rule break: VPN, death evade via time out.

Additional info:this kicked via timeout happen enough time when i shoot him to die.

I'll warn him for VPN usage (that's all we can do, falls under low severity) . However, that is not death evade in the video which you posted. He was timed-out and that doesn't make us punish him for that.
