Time : Last usage yesterday
Reason : To use VPN

Anything else : When I noticed him using VPN, he got 120 ping from Hong Kong. Is that a normal situation?  ??? Also he was connecting from Ukraine, too however I'll check it out later. I have two evidences for now.

Did he continue playing after you all noticed he is using VPN?
