Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: hp hack

Additional information: Admins may think that me or he was lagging but i can confirm that he was hack as other players told me he turns on hacks then close and i started recording. if admins think evidence is not enough i can post more.

I'm not sure about this one. It looks like he's lagging pretty hard but I wouldn't be surprised if it was HP hack.
