Additional information: It isnt his first time doing it. He was connecting with nick of Allahsiken123 (not comfortable to translate you can still guess though)

Please use screenshots/video since these logs can be easily edited. I will deny the report, however if a staff member with irc bouncer or smth can check the logs, feel free to override my decision.
