Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Discrimination, death evade

Additional information:
He got ban twice for discrimination, racism. and banned for using /kill in combat and he is doing same thing again a day after he gets unban

I have given him a 3 day ban.  Upon retrospect I realize I should have made it 7 days or more, but let's give him the benefit of the doubt one more time.  If he messes up again he'll get a significantly longer ban.
