Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: death evade via /kill

Additional information: this guy is fool i literally warned him like about 4 or 5 times about his evades but he doesn't care and he was abusing so i decided to record him i recorded his evade twice but im uploading one video right now if you want the secound one there is no problem.

I myself warned him multiple times but he is still on it.
