Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: death evade (falling with low hp)

Additional information: this dude was faking his death evades and he compare like it was an accident , usually i do have my bandicam disabled but every time i fight this guy i enable it , after so many tries i did it. as you can see in the vid he could stay above and !getcar his heli and escape (his hp was like 5-3) and if you focus more you will see his very long jump (which means a very clear intentional jump )....
