Time and date (if known): today (maybe 10 minutes ago)
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: racist (offense god) + (pray)
Evidence: first : https://imgur.com/a/cWnX4Ht
then i asked him about 'got' if he meant god* he replied : https://imgur.com/a/jpTDVeR

Additional information: considering he doesn't care at all after what he said (https://imgur.com/a/sOjG20A) and he really meant it, i'ill let  the final decision for admins/mangers.
