Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: death evade for the 9th time via pause

Additional information: im playing in this server by  1 hand i felt from  an escooter and broke my left arm anyways every time he evades and ask for proofs but he thinks that im noob and i cannot record him
i usually dont have my recorder on but when im forced i use it.
