Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Wallglitch inside medic, Wallglitch outside medic

Additional information: He did many kinds of wall glitch & evades with quit command. So I decided to record him. This video has 2 types of wall glitch done by him.

Sorry for the delay, as it was because of real life affairs.

parker being aware of the rules, needed to be castigated but since its been a while, I think it has become time barred report and punishing him so long after doesn't feel right. I am going to issue him a warning, and will assure his strict compliance in this regard.
