I was ingame, tested you myself and I am 100% sure that your head offset was changed. because of which you got advantage over other players.

Which obviously results in a ban.

I can't notice widescreen on the screenshot you provided, so I've unbanned you. Sorry for the inconvinience and let me know if you have any issues joining the server.
