Welcome to the LW VC-MP Year-End award ceremony!

As the same as last year, we have hand picked our favourite players and its up to you to choose who you think should win!

Special thanks to p4t, Pranski, Grizzy, stubborn and Alpays who have helped put together most of the nominees and to all the staff members who contributed!

RULES:

This year we are implementing some rules; this is because of a few issues raised with last years awards.

1. Any fake votes will be removed
Thanks to a very useful plugin we are now able to detect 'fake' votes in polls, all votes are now recorded and any suspicious votes will be automatically flagged by the plugin, this includes multiple IP address or suspicious behaviour such as new forum accounts created recently.
If we suspect anyone of creating fake accounts just to make votes, the culprit will be banned from being nominated ever again and they will receive a forum ban, in addition, they will be stripped of any previous awards they may have won.

2. Nominees selected are final
We will not be adding anyone to the polls. Please do not ask to be added or message any staff members. We have hand picked the selection as a team. If you have not been nominated, tough luck, try again next year.

We host the awards for a little bit of fun at the end of the year so please respect the rules which unfortunately have to be put in place this year.

These awards have been marked as void and will not be awarded this year. This is due to suspicious activity with the votes.

We have been checking the IP addresses, and forum activity of certain accounts and have determined that these are fake accounts that have been created with the sole purpose of making votes on particular nominees.

It is a real shame that some users of the community have had to resort to such methods to win these fun-yet-pointless awards. The awards are a nice way of ending out the year and should never be taken seriously.

The users involved will not be eligible for nominations in the future and are subsequently banned from the year end awards.

We apologise to all the other nominees in these awards. This is the last thing we wanted to do but to keep the voting fair for everyone we had no other alternative.

I appreciate the decision.

Yea,you guys right about that some player Left no stone unturned to get these awards.but that's not a right decision.You should investigate Who got these fake votes?and punish them.#justaopinion

The punishment is that they will not be nominated ever again. This is a fitting punishment for what has transpired.

Obviously we have investigated as stated above and we are fully aware of who is behind it. For obvious reason I won't publicly name these people as this is not some crazy witch hunt and they don't need to be named and shamed. They know who they are and what they did and they only have themselves to blame.

The decision has been made so now we must make the most of what we have left in terms of available awards.
