Title: random stutters

recently I've been noticing some random freezes while playing, although I reinstalled the game and made sure it's vanilla as possible but there's still random stuttering sometimes
any solutions ?

**PS : I tried to mess with v-sync (turned it on and off in nvidia control panel settings) but it didn't help.

Ah yea, my game freezes like for a milimilisecond every once in a while and I assure you my computer is very good...
