Additional information: He evaded to me yesterday multiple times but I couldn't record them. Today, he evaded me thrice. But I could record his only one evade. He is evading multiple times to everybody. He knows the rules and is mature. I also told him not to repeat it again but he is continuously breaking the rules. A harsh punishment is required.
