Nope only the displayed name that people will see.

Profile>Account Related Settings>Name.

It will not change your forum username, so you still have to login with the old name if you change it.

Ask a member of management like dugi, Popz, SUPERBAD, LnX to change it for you. dugi did it for me before (asked on IRC)
