I wana ask tht why r people banned just because they are in the same ip range(ban evading)? Juz to let you know that there are more than 1000 people in 1 ip range. Its stupid to ban a person even if he is in the same ip range of a cheater  >:(

I guess there is no other chance to stop the cheater, so blame the cheater on ur range and not the admins.

Talk to Management about it, they may able to remove the range - unless of course it's you who is cheating.
