Title: View your player stats from IRC!

You can now view anyone's player stats from IRC! (Thanks to LnX and Ez)

Here is a list of everything shown right now...

- Kills
- Deaths
- Kill/death ratio
- Duel wins
- Duel losses
- Duel ratio
- Level (and description of it)
- Whether the player is a VIP.
- Register date
- Last login date
- Total online time.

So if you want to check out your own stats or someone else's just type !player <playername> in #lw.samp.

ahh yes, i can show my humililiation (so as others) with a few characters!
