Title: Writing in bann Appeals

I wondered why i cant write something into a bannappeal but "savis" or "maddolis" can.
They are no admins and no big fishes too;)

If you're looking at old ones then that's a different story, try using some common sense.

Thats right only in 9th class germany so iam not the best in english :P
