Well there's a littlewhitey's on nearly all of the gta:mp's so i dont see why there shouldn't be.

Theres already going to be a 16 player multiplayer on GTAIV (for consoles anyway, that might be increased for PC, who knows). So there'll already be some netcode there which is a good sign if someone was to create GTAIV:MP.

Then suppose it's just up to littlewhitey if he wants to host a server. It'll be quite a wait though!

acctually the gta sa-mp team are supposedly not goona do any more mods, now that gta:iv has mutliplayer features
