Word on the street says there is a new "version" coming out? 0.3??

Just wondering a few things

1. What's included. (what new features can i expect)
2. How do i download it?
3. When does it come out?
4. Will it improve gameplay at all?

oh =) thanks! Oh my god!! Car damage models??? This means that everyone can see my car is completely flawless at the end of a race.

Yea i may be on the server all the time, but im not really a "regular" because i never fight anyone, and go completely un-noticed. But if a race is hosted, you will see my name in the top 3 finishes. Thats just what i do.. I drive..

- Up to 500 players per server and up to 2000 vehicles.
- Improved sync including vehicle surfing

Vihicle surfing is nice :) I cant wait
