There isn't a single good deathmatch server that takes place in Los Santos. And I gave enough reasons above why I think this is a good idea. Changing spawns shouldn't be a hard job for the scripters, change some coördinates 'oh my god'. And adding some vehicles isn't the hardest job either.
I expected conservative people like you, with arguments like 'it's just the way it has always been'. Put some action to the game don't be affraid for some refreshing ideas. At least I'm glad to see that others agree to this suggestion, there is nothing to lose but so much to win.
To your first point, there's many dm servers that take place in Los Santos, the most successful one I can think of off the top of my head is Novocaine.
And to your second point, conservative? lmfao.. If you take a look at the suggestions I've done there's big changes such as allowing cbug, rule which has been enforced since day one very strictly. The game mode is las venturas, changing the city is like changing the whole concept of LW's, it wont be lw's LVDM, it'll be 'The regulars of LW's old server LSDM' server.

otherwise, i like the idea, but it could only work in another server..
Sounds like a good idea, but splitting the community into even more servers wont do any good to player count imo.
