Multiple times killed in race by zizou10 -.-*

Hey Adminteam,

I am here to report a annoying noob that break multiple times some rules.
As you don´t believe me like always I take soem screens. Unfortunalty I don´t have a screen where it shows that he kills me (Killlist).
But firstly Cawabunga was there and he can confirm it. Second I have some screens where he said he don´t get banned for this.

So what I want: Punish him for raceshooting and killing players at race. He do that days ago and I always /report.
No admin do something and this is a 100%ly rulebreak.

Now he do that again and I want that he get punished like ban or something.
It isn´t possible that racetards ruin races and no admin do something.

Also he say something that a admin here is his brother and he knows he can´t get banned for that.
Idk if one admin is his brother but in fact it doesn´t matter of he rulebreak.

I hope some admins move his fingers and punish him for that. I get sick of this rulebreakers.

His not any admins brother and his an evading cheater who has been banned already quite a few times. When admin will see him online, he will be banned, but probably will evade again.

I have banned him 3 times already, plus like 7-8 other bans.

Mmmmmm, seeing these screenshots I notice two things: first, that you must be German, aren't you? and second, that this zizou10 is pming you despite of appearing as disconnected on the first screenshot, on top of the right killwindow, whereas on the third screenshot you get the error of player not connected but he doesn't appear on the right.

On the top left it shows he has scrolled up, so the whole conversation and him quitting (that the 3 screenshots show)  had already happened when he took that first screenshot. He just scrolled up on the chat to take the screens.
