[Bug Report] Weapons during races

A summary of the changes that you want  
Remove the weapon blocking during races.
The advantages of this change happening
Racers will be able to defend themselves from dbers, rustlers, roadblockers, racers who have already finished (on drift racers)
The dIsadvantages of this change happening  none



Its really annoying when you are winning a race, you can smell the prize and suddenly a guy destroys your car. All you can do is run, cause your weapons are blocked. The question is: what for?

I don't think so, cause yesterday when I was racing, I got raped cause of this.

This is a bug report not really a suggestion. Obviously accepted since it's something on the list to be fixed.
