After 10 deaths player (who has more than 10 hours of gameplay to protect newbies) looses 10% of his banked money (his slayers who are online split it for between them)
The advantages of this change happening
The money in bank wouldn't be untouchable and people will have to care about it a little bit more, and ppl will attack the richest players (not only those who have most cash in their pocket, but those who have millions in bank - ppl with big income, for example from properties). And not everyone will suffer from it (like for example in my progressive tax system suggestion) and money will still be saving.
The disadvantages of this change happening
Someone might not like that his money is not safe in bank. And maybe more runners on the server.
