To play on the server you have to download the new client available at http://www.sa-mp.com/stuff/03xRC/sa-mp-0.3x-RC2-3-install.exe

From the new stuff: /radio command to tune into an radio stream, for now there's only radio made by our friends over at CrazyBob's CNR server. More radios will be added in the future!

that's a cyclic thing, I can assure you that the few players that care about LW's enough to play will take 30 seconds to download the new client

Other servers haven't updated yet because it's an RC (release client) it's not a final version yet. When 0.3x will be officially released all of the other servers will follow.

yep but the point is that if you play also in other servers that still have the older version, you will have to install/uninstall your samp version according to the server you want to enter which is rly annoying imho o.o

As most players use a downgraded crack or noCD-fix anyway, there's no problem copying the gta folder and setting up a second version for LWs. Then switching between 0.3e and 0.3x is a matter of seconds.
