My Website Got Hacked

Tunisia's TEAM  hack Westerners and Israelis for palestine but WTF im moroccan and im not israeli fuck logic...

Me and my friend we have fitness website somehow we got hacked two days ago i did changed my cpanel password fast and removed the index that says the hackers team name and country name i blocked the ip that hacked me the hacker is from tunisia using germany proxy and yeah today i see new Special FTP Accounts that i cannot delete and when i open ftp using filezilla i see new files and folders i try to delete some files that the hacker created..... automatically i get blocked from my website cpanel ftp everything the only way to get unblocked is changing proxy i think he blocked me using SSH, everytime i try to remove the SSH file from ftp i get blocked any idea how to remove dam  Special FTP Accounts ?

I dont think you can unless you got the full access to your database. But thats no simple task to fix.

My concern would be if you got any backups or anything. And just reload those and find the weakspot and fix it.

i read your situation again. And it actually looks like that they changed the rights to your FTP accounts and made new ones for themselves with the rights you had. If you have access to it still. Make a new FTP account with complete access  for yourself. Then remove their special accounts. Also use passwords next time that look similar to this 0M3o021d;aA:@ those are pretty much unhackable.

I do use these password ~/,'\]-* etc.. but nothing, somehow i deleted the hacker files on ftp and i just tried to upload my backup files to ftp now and got blocked from everthing again

any idea how to delete Special ftp accounts? i have never used Special ftp accounts i always use the normal accounts if anyone have some experience on this please reply and i'll appreciate it

Its actually the first thing you should do. Since they can do more about those hackers than you can. Its not only a security leak for you. But for them aswell. They could have used the access gained from your account to hack further into the hosting companies clientele.
