Time and Date that you were banned: I do not know the date, is almost one year.
Suspected Reason: [MR]HeadShot^
IP Address: 177.21.117.221
Admin that banned you (if known): avenger
Extra notes: Was banned for a long time ago is using account headshot. This using trainer, now I'm playing and hopefully can be unbanned the LW's.
