I'm not sure how this specific piece of evidence can supplant your accusation that he committed Team Killing. Last I knew, friendly fire was disabled, and I certainly don't see a third player nearby who could take advantage of this situation to kill you.

Unless he has been constantly annoying you by shooting you all the time, burning down your cars, in which case the allegation would be justifiable, but not punishable as you have not presented with enough substantiation to prove that.

Well to be honest maybe he was angry, rage or something like that, I do not seek to ban for this small action.
Perhaps it would be nice some warn for him, nothing else.
