Update the LW

Hello guyz,i want the LW more cool and more interesting,so i request update these things,agree with me or no,it s ur choice:
1.The race rule should be updated that:no shoot in race. we cant afford to let the rekers ruining race for all the time,a race takes alot of money of the hoster,so i  need u guyz to update the race rule
2.House spawn vehicle:vehicle should be locked by the house owner and it can only unlocked by him
3.Houses:house in big price have to be an interesting house,cool or nice and large,i need u guyz update this because player saw a suck house with a high price the already dont want it.
4.Bank account:The LW should buying stuff by bank(money in bank) this will make it easier more than bring the money outside and get killed.

Just saying, but these 2 things are in contrast.

Anything that makes the game easier, kills the fun.
No money carriers outside -> no hunting -> boredom

I strongly oppose the prohibition of shooting during a race. Race ruining is what makes LW races interesting, without it we would just have a fairly crappy racing script that has not a slightest chance of keeping up with any actual racing server.
Hosting a race is not about not being able to afford it, a race can be hosted from $150,000 upwards, so you can for instance just export five cars and you are able to host a race. Hosting a race is about doing something interesting.
The fun in this gamemode generates by putting money at stake, not by storing it away. Back in the day there were entire crews entangled in racing, for instance one or two drivers, further passenger scouts who checked the map for roadblocks and operation groups who cleared the roadblocks and killed ruiners. The R-Team often races in a 2+1 combination with two drivers and one rustler that takes down flying ruiners and surfers. In the short period when m4 was able to be wielded in passenger drive-by there were squads who m4'd rustler ruiners. Nowadays despite many clans have the ressources to do so, for some reason nobody does this anymore, because it means actually organizing a team, putting your life and money at stake, and working together to make an effort to win a game. For some reason the recent generation thinks making an effort is not a part of fun while it really actually is essential. Society is growing an army of fat inanimate retards who crave to be forcefed and are unable to practice any sort of independence, and i personally will sure as hell oppose any modification that will make LWs helping in that cause. Updates like this only over my dead corpse.
