Ok i am sylvius i am new , i dont know rules of serv but i have seen there are a lot of ban , is it always like this ? becoz it s boring ! i played SAMP 2 days ago ( new ) and i am ever banned .... ok i did wrong thing ( owning people during race , i was on the roof with my helicopter , nice idea no ? for a noob ? NO I JOKE ...  ;D)
Ok i have a question too sometimes when i start a war with a guy , his health is always at the maximum and i shooted him a lot of time , is it a cheat ?
Well bye later ( 2 days ban ^^ ) . sorry again .

well i did not understand many things u said but if u are shooting a guy and is health does not go down, this is not always a hack. there are many possibilitis like paused, lags, desync and hacks too.  :)

Wow thats all of stuff/questions

People who are banned on LW's are for a reason - Bug abuse, Haxs, cheating, flaming, etc. . . so yes there are always bans as it keeps the server full of people who actually want to play, not those who want to ruin if for everyone else.

Lead aim in sa-mp theres a link explaining this somewhere

Do not Shoot, Ram, destroy, kill or anything at the race start - except sit in your vehicle and prepare to RACE :o :D

and as Bib3K says Lag and desynch play a huge part in sa-mp generaly - hackers and pausers are annoying but if u suspect a cheater inthe game use /report id reason - an admin will check it out :D

Huh i forgot something , can we shoot guy in the casino ?
And i have a story : last time i was in the casino , a guy come , low health , one gun , i shooted him , killed him and OMG 300000 dollars !!!! i was in the sky !! but it was my second day at SAMP and i didn t know where was the bank ..... ( i asked many times and no answers ) though when i will quit the game and when i will reconect i will have 300000 but no , i was :/ , so can we shoot people in the casino ???? If no i will not do it again .

Yes, you can. You are allowed to kill in all places including properties. The only places where any kind of fighting is not allowed are 24/7 (bank) and ammunation.

Ok thx backstabber :) but i had really 300000 and i lost all :/ lol when i rethink about that i smile :p
