=TRC=Elpyro/admin abuse

Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: breaking server rules/hypocrisy/admin abuse

On the pictures you can clearly see him being in a glitched area/admin area using it for personal uses; in this case, dueling with his clanmates.
Regardless, he has banned another player for 'exploiting the map', while the rule topic clearly states this:

Players should not be under the map in unintended areas and should not attempt to kill other players from underneath the map.

. Keep in mind it says 'should not be' and it does not warrant any punishment for it nor it says that the players can't be there.

Teleport Glitch
Certain areas of the map can be exploited to allow players to teleport other places in the map such as the Golf course or Little Havana police department. Exploiting areas such as these to teleport to other places of the map is forbidden. Sometimes teleportation bugs occur accidentally these are forgiven. If any player is caught exploiting these areas of the map to teleport they will be punished.

Add to that the fact that I asked morphine himself whether this is allowed or not, and this is what he had to say:

The fact that he uses glitched locs (or locs that can be only entered using admin commands) and uses them for duels with clanmates is hypocrisy and admin abuse; however keeping somebody banned and justifying it with a totally different rule that can't be applied to the case is way heavier than what I described above. (using admin lobby)
Something should be done about this.
And Tarkan, if you lock this - I'll just send a personal message to a manager seeing as I can't be bothered by a revenge forum ban that would occur if I reposted this.

if you take a moment and read the rule you’ve quoted again, you’ll notice that it specifically contains the words ‘under the map’ and ‘underneath the map’. this rule has nothing to do with the admin area in question.

this rule has nothing to do with the admin area in question either, for this is not a map exploit, but the usage of a scripted command to get to the area in question.

the admin area is called an admin area for a reason, as it is used by admins [upon personal discretion].   

E for effort on trying to find loopholes in the rules, but unfortunately enough, there are none in this case.
