First of all, what I said was in no way racist. Chinese are not a race of people, it's a nation. As smoogie pointed out, I was referring to the fact that the majority of chinese players lag. It was meant to be sarcastic. Now, if I said something like "oh, here comes that guy that eats his dog" then yes, you could accuse me of being racist for attributing a stereotype to an entire nation of people. What I said was a harmless joke based on the fact that you (or your friend, whatever) lag to hell and back.
I'm sorry if it bothered you, but it sounds to me like maybe you just need to grow some thicker skin and stop getting offended by everything.
