Yep, 100% speedhack, moving at jog speed (animation is syncing through which means you weren't sprinting) yet you move much faster. Even your jump can't even stay in the air for more than 0.5 of a second. FPS increasing/decreasing fast would create small warps in your player movement (like mini replays), however yours is fully smooth especially at 0:16 where you created a gap despite both running in the same direction and you zigzagging which should infact cause the gap to close. Get im' outta here engineer!
