 although and the title of section ban appeals (Wrongfully banned? Explain your situation!)  and this what i did and I have submitted all proofs iam not

otman . and after that told me (Denied) without any clarification .

today i found topic on forum grand theft auto european  in section ( ban appeal) Talking about the same problem player Hyperzon get banned due to ip

 similar otman  and the problem was resolved .

still using VPN for create new accounts and make other unban appeal, staff decide to deny your unban appeal, your still perma banned in the server, Don't make other unban appeal again.
