Is this RK a new clan?

In my Previous clan RK there was a member named [RK]King and he was  inactive when we closed clan,maybe he don't know that RK is closed(if he is that guy,i am not sure).

@SMD, the guy you are talking about was my good friend, and his name was [RKt]KinGG not [RK]King and he was from India.

EDIT: In the picture, you can also see the name of [DmC]KameenagKing, who was banned permanently by Milko when he was an admin. Kameenaking is ban evading, i have more proofs also.. will post them if needed.
