Now I have a question. Where I have break the rules of the server? I dont even tryed to escape from death, thats fact. All those times when I use commands like /dance6 & /taunt4 I dont even move, just waiting when I will be gunned down, because I know that I have no chance to still alive when Im already fell down because of stubby/shotgun/spas shoot. So, the situation is: I use anim commands when I already dying and already dead, just for fun, no any reasons more. So, why Im get banned for 4 weeks? Which rule did I break? Show me the paragraph which clearly prohibits this in the server rules if I am worng. I read the rules of server and I have not seen nothing like. I'll be no more use anims If you will give me a warning.
I want to other admins read this and made their verdict.

Sometimes when someone always shot you with any shotgun, and fall, you always proceeded to use the /lay command and then use punch to stand up. So what if your using it when your about to die, they don't call it "death evading" for nothing. And when i shot and you fall, and i jump close to you and proceeded to shoot you, you would just use the command.  There are many reports about using animations to try and death evade. Yes i agree that the rules have to have every single detail for clarification. I just pass down the punishments according to previous reports. As for reducing your sentence, i will be willing to give you 2 weeks, as stated in the Server Rules Review, if you apologize and promise to never do this again. I won't give you any warnings and unban to go scot-free.

This kind of violation falls under death evasion, which is in the rules. I'll explain how do you exactly evade death doing this. There's a fall animation which occurs every time someone shoots you down and you're on the ground. Now, by using the animations (/dance1, /lay etc.) causes the fall animation to break and apply the new animation where the new animation which got applied gets canceled if you press your jump key. This allows you to avoid being shot to death while you're not being able to move because the fall animation, if you're quick enough.

I've reduced your ban time for 2 weeks as Ratchet has agreed to that, the expiration date and time of your ban is 24/07/2017 16:26:46. We've been considerable enough and since this is your first punishment here and you've been polite and lenient, we thought this was the most appropriate punishment.
