Max_usman gone,but what about others

Max_usman is banned for 3weeks,but what about his brother =WrS=Bilal?he was also included in this crime.They were partners.And what about Max_usman second id?Is that banned too or just left out?

First of all, you should use the proper format to report a player.
=WrS=Bilal doesn't seem to have any connection with it, therefor I can't take any action on him until it's proven that he has something to do with it.
