me - my account reset ?

Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: idk
Evidence:idk
Additional information:my money in the bank dissapear, my stats turned on instead of off, i connected to the server and it says i am from Turkey instead of Malaysia first and it changed back to Malaysia after a few second
