Where i can find the last update of vcmp 04rel003 and 04rel004 folders?

Here : http://u04.thijn.ovh  :)

I advice you to do this : Open up your VC:MP browser, go to Tools > Settings. Then at the bottom, replace the updater URL to http://u04.thijn.ovh and you will get the latest updates.
