Can you please show me a small tutorial about how to register and change nick in irc bcs i really have been lost and i dont understand that program that u send me in that link bcs i use android phone Androidirc on my phone

Or simply go to this link tinyurl.com/lwirc
write your nick that you want to register with and in the chat below type /register password email, then your username will be registered. then you can post your IRC nick here and you can get the voice on IRC. and you can simply go to this link and type pass to login and chat on LW IRC channel.
