You provoke them long enough to get under their skin, and when they lose their temper you take a screenshot of it. It looks like the
modus operandi straight taken from TV journalism.
Our flamming rules don't forbid people from insulting each other during an occasion or after a bad day. That's some common thing in video games. We are against the attitude where people just join the game with that purpose primary, regardless of anything, if rings any bell.
